Chosen Solution Been very dumb dumb and left the heat on the ipad for way too long and its left an orange mark on the lcd. Is this fixable? I have currently turned the device off and i am going to leave it for tomorow but is it fixable? Can you get rid of the orange/yellow mark burnt onto the screen? Thanks Verify that the TV essentially works by using a flashlight at an angle toward the screen. If you see the picture there , the back light has failed and we can walk down the road to address that problem. If the TV does not work at all, indicate whether or not the standby light works....

Chosen Solution I just replaced the screen on my Google pixel 4 using an ifixit kit. everything went very smoothly until I went to power it on afterwards. The phone itself is on, I can feel the tactile feedback of pressing the buttons, but the display is still completely black. What could cause this issue? This is the second screen attempted to install. The first was replaced by professionals and they encountered similar issues, instead of waiting for them to order another screen and rack up my bill, I installed the second screen myself....

Chosen Solution The SD card won’t snap into place thus giving me a message that it is missing. @fwiwjeannie , Jeannie, First try another card in case that card has a damaged edge. If different card not locking, look in the SD slot/port to see if there is and debri keeping the card from looking in place and if you see some very carefully pick it out with perhaps a tooth pick....

Chosen Solution Just before stopping and idling along the whole vehicle shudders. Engine mounts are good, universals and centre bearing are good. Transmission mounts are good. Strangely enough its the same in low and high 4x4. What do you mean by “just before stopping and idling along”? Is it an automatic or manual? Motor mounts? RPM related? Neutral or in gear?

Chosen Solution I installed (not live) a Linux O.S. onto the 2nd partition of this flashdrive. It won’t boot and there’s no “drive” letter designation.(in MSWin it should be F.G, etc in GParted it should be sdb2/sdc/2) When I go to either Win disk mgmt. or GParted, the area for changing/adding a drive letter is grayed out..
