Chosen Solution I have an iPhone 6 and I need to replace the screen. I put in my screen to test the phone and touch worked. I disconnected the display and assembled the screen and put it back in the phone. Touch no longer worked. I then ordered another screen and tested it. It worked. I did the same process and put the screen back on the phone. No touch. I tested the screen on other phones and it works fine....
Chosen Solution When i turn on the iphone, with full battery, the screen is just black. multiple possible failures cause screen not functioning. in order of likelihoods, they are as follows; Screen failure: Replace the LCD assembly to repair this issue. Loose Connector: Open the device, disconnect the screen, reconnect the connectors to fix this issue. Cashe Failure: press and hold both the Power and Home buttons at the same time for 15 seconds to fix this issue Software failure: device software is not analyzing the screen data....
Chosen Solution I acquired a free 50” TV. IT is a Sharp LC50LE752E. It does not show a picture. When power is plugged in, the indicator light will turn on, the backlight stays off and nothing is visible, even with a flashlight. When pressing the touch buttons on the tv nothing happens. When pressing buttons on the remote control the indicator light will blink indicating the IRsignal was received, but nothing happens....
Chosen Solution Hi all I have a quick question today I disassembled an iMac EMC2428 because it is not starting anymore and see something I think is wrong. I suspect that 2 capacitors are missing on the logic board. C5501 and the one next to it. Can someone tell me if this is normal? Please see attached picture for details. Chosen Solution This has been an ongoing 4+ month process, so I’ll try my best to condense the story. I’m a renter. 1st fridge was 30 years old. Totally stopped freezing/cooling. Replaced with secondhand fridge that was known to be working. Seemed to work, except 1-2 times a day it’d heat up above 40F and stuff in the freezer would melt. Then over about 4 hours, it’d re-freeze. Often the fridge would also heat up and get up to 55F or even more....

Is there additional ports for this and is so where are they located on the machine. Sorry, none of the MacBook Air series offer upgradable RAM options. The RAM is soldered to the main logic board. So you may imagine my disappointment after powering up a 5s after I replaced the broken screen (for the second time!) and saw that the screen’s all wonky. Before I climb back under the hood and start fiddling with connections, I’d appreciate feedback from more experienced tinkerers....
Chosen Solution I dropped my lg g4 today and it held up pretty well, it was not from a high height, as I was getting out of my car, and did land on the back but the plastic bezel was dented in two places on one side of the phone. I could just get used to this cosmetic damage and still use the phone, but I was wondering if there was any way to remove the plastic bezel and then replace it....

Failing batteries can give unusual symptoms. Start with a known good battery and then check if there are any other problems. Alternatively measure the voltage of the battery and check what it is as opposed to what is should be as stated on the battery itself....
Chosen Solution I ran out of gas and I’ve put plenty of gas into it, Checked- fuses, relays, vacuum hoses, injector’s, fuel filter, pressure,spark plugs. I even dropped the gas tank emptied and cleaned it out. rns over but will not start. The only time we do get it started is when we sparay starting fluid. We have done everything I can think of as far as fuel goes. So what else would prevent it from starting?...

Here’s a video that may help. It shows how to remove the right side tail light assembly but it is the same for the left side, in that you need to unbolt the assembly to remove it from the body of the vehicle....

I had a hard time getting the battery out and now the new battery is damaged. My question is will the iPad run on a lightning connector only? Or does it require an actually connected battery? After that check your charging port. A few drops of 90%+ isopropyl alcohol and a few puffs of compressed air will clean out any pocket linty etc. Inspect the port for bend or broken pins....
Chosen Solution The top of the logic board, right below rear camera, and right above the home button is getting hot. It is not the home button but right above and all the way across the screen that is getting hot. I have tried different screens but still get the same result. Everything works perfect but the hot strip across the screen and the occasionally hot board. The problem will be within the components of the housing, not the screen....
