Once I finally got them, I replaced the broken screen and bent frame, but once reassembling everything and booting the device, I get a black screen with EMUI logo requesting me to reboot the system, doing a factory reset or wiping the cache. Chosen Solution Purchased a replacement battery for my C710-2847. Came in, was a different shape than the existing one. Existing one is about 3/4" thick (flat), while replacement is larger and triangle shaped. Fits, but I can’t get it to charge up. When new battery in place, and unit plugged into ac power, no battery icon shows. Any idea where I can purchase a flat replacement (AL12B32) 14.8vdc 2500 mah. Or was the one I purchased just so dead I couldn’t get it to charge?...

Chosen Solution Hey, I found out that the Touch Screen Cable is causing white lines on my screen while it touches from alone etc. Can I replace this cable like I can replace the Sensor Cable for example? Chosen Solution Hello, Above Samsung Smart TV went dark. Sound is there and picture but it is dark. I have tried all tests and Samsung Online support but it did not help. They advised to call repair service technician. Please help me if possible because technician can be more expensive then TV. lafusrcu sounds like a bad inverter board. Remove the back of your TV and check all the boards. Post an image of your boards with your question....

Try closing other apps and close any open tabs you might have open in safari/other browsers. Could it be something physically wrong with the device, or could it be locked/turned off because my carrier thinks I stole it? This may seem like a silly answer but first, check with your carrier to make sure your service has not been disabled. You may also try to reinsert your SIM card to see if this has any effect....
