Chosen Solution Hello - Phone screen was cracked, replaced the glass via ebay service. Prior to replacing the glass i had no issue with the ambient auto light sensor dimming the screen based upon how dark or bright the room is. Now the ambient light sensor does not work at all and is frustrating. I replaced the camera/light/prox flex with two known good and still no go. If you turn off and then back on the ambient light sensor it auto adjusts to just under medium brightness....

Chosen Solution I’m on my third screen now in which the slightest bit of humidity and/or dirt makes it practically unresponsive to touch. This is something which, despite also happening with the original screen, did not occur up to even half the extent that it seems to with these screens. All of them were bought on eBay for about 10 euros each from the usual retailers from China, and all of them seemed to work quite well in the beginning....

Chosen Solution So i have been searching around online for a SSD that i can use to upgrade the current factory SSD from 240GB to 1TB. I was looking at the Aurora Pro but that is retailing at anywhere between £270 - £390 GB which if i’m honest is a bit excessive considering that there are 1TB SSD drives of a similar physical size that i am finding online that are under £100....

Chosen Solution I accidently deleted photos from my phone; is there any way to recover them? When you first got your phone it would have made you make a dropbox account. Dropbox saves all your pictures in case something happens to them. Go to dropbox.com and try to log in and see if your pictures are all stored there. I hope this helped. This is a common question that being asked multiple times....

Chosen Solution When i try to open or close my nissan almera with the remote on the key, nothing happens. But when i’m in the car en close the doors with the centrallocking-switch in de car, all the doors close. I can close the doors from te inside and the drivers-one with the key, but my trunk can’t be closed… no lock to close. Somebody knows where te receiver for the centrallocking with the key is?...

Chosen Solution My iPhone 6 Plus have cleaning spare and oily moisture inside of LCD display so I can’t see clearly but operating is good ! How I need to do for fix? What ’s parts I will replace? Pls guide me!!! I would surround it in rice for a day or two. Maybe use a heat gun gently too it. You have to be careful, moisture turns to water, water has minerals in it which will destroy your phone....

Chosen Solution Hi, replaced digitizer and home button on an iPad 3 mini. Home button works fine, digitizer works fines.. Upon power on, get touch_id_issue_notification_title popup notification. Click it, goes away, can use tablet fine. We do not need touch ID. Is there a way to disable this message permanently? I have researched it some and it looks like the touch ID will never work unless Apple themselves replaces the home button (wow)....

Chosen Solution replaced my 18hp briggs and stratton with a 18hp Vanguard engine. everything matched up but the starter. old engine had a piggyback solenoid new one will have a stand alone. everything is hooked up but not getting starter to engage. able to jump it and get the starter to turn. the old starter had two wires on the bottom and one wire hooked to the side using a paddle connection....

Chosen Solution Hey I just replaced the screen on my Pixel 6. It fell and broke the LCD underneath the glass and screen protector, but now that I’ve got the new one in place, it doesn’t power on at all. The phone buzzes like it’s on, like when it gets plugged in to charge I’ve tried all the youtube suggestions as far as hard resetting it. I heard that replacing the speaker assembly will make the Face ID not work. I am advanced in soldering. Can I take off a module and connect it to a replacement to get it working again? Chosen Solution I have a 2009 MacBook Pro. I was wondering if it would be possible to do a logic board swap with something with a more powerful processer. Or would it be possible to upgrade the processer on the logic board it self? My understanding from working with laptops for a while now is that the processors are soldered onto the logic board, so therefore would be all but impossible to swap out, as the soldering is on pins underneath the processor itself....

Chosen Solution I have a iPhone X that starts to freak me out. Changed dock connector few Month ago, and it started to restart every 3 min after I pressed my code. Tried everything with new ports and so on, but in the end I swapped the motherboard and then it worked. Now the same phone came back for battery replacement, since I know it’s history I was really carefull and didn’t even remove display....

Chosen Solution My phone has got water damage and now the screen isn’t working, I can here it start up and everything, it is locked so I can’t get any data out. Can anyone come help me? Because you have water damage you connection between the screen and actual phone can be broken. Because an a40 is a pretty cheap phone it isn’t worth to repair and you can better buy a new phone....

Chosen Solution My samsung galaxy s6 only charges through a computer and not through an outlet. I had encountered this problem last week and fixed it with a factory reset. It then worked for an entire week and suddenly, today, it stopped working again. I hadn’t downloaded anything new nor changed anything and yet the problem occurred again. Chosen Solution Samsung galaxy tab 3 8.0 charging. it charges for more than 15 % or more and stops charging very irritating please help I have this problem too If your charge port is good Open the case by prying on the side all the way around the edges until the case comes off then disconnect the battery wait 15 seconds and plug back in this should work if not then the charge port is bad and will need to be replaced

Chosen Solution I have this sanyo tv i use daily and one day it shut off and when i tried turning it back on it blinks blue (the signal screen) then turns black. Its still on because i hear sound from it and the light is green but i cant see pictures. @mjgarza let us know the exact model for your TV. I do not have anything on a DP39S23. Next, in a darkened room, turn the TV on to a channel where you have sound etc....

Chosen Solution Hello, recently replaced the front glass… the little sensor that makes the screen go black while you’re holding it to your ear… i beleive its missing. do you sell it? thank you ilya you can also cut it in half and only cover the proximity sensor (right one). if you dim the ambilight sensor (left one) the automatic screen brightness won’t work properly This has nothing to do with the connectors when you change the screen the little spacer can go missing that’s over the proximity sensor… I use the insulating tape method were you cover it over the two sensors and then with a pin make a tiny hole were both sensors are placed this should sort it out....

Chosen Solution My screen has been working fine for the year I had it then the other couple days I’ve noticed white lines on my screen but it still worked fine just yesterday it started acting buggy and slow and uunresponsive so I took it apart and reseated the digitizer without hard pressure at all and then it just continued to have crazy colorered lines sometimes the screen was completely black yes I disconnected the battery every time but I just put my new screen in and no lines but the first time the touch screen was barely responsive it moved one notification but barely but it just isn’t responding....

Chosen Solution Screen spoiled due to swimming Hi, Is the screen still working? Is there a water stain that wont go away? I’ve encountered several water damaged phones. Sometimes rice, a heating fan or even the sun itself helps evaporate the remaining water under the screen(glass).Of course it is recommended to keep the device off, dissasemble it and disconnect the battery.
