Chosen Solution after the fix the cam worked for about 4-5min’s then flashed on and off. if I let it cool down for 15 min’s it starts to work again then stops martin, the way I would proceed is to replace the caps with 1000uF 25V radial caps rated at at least 105deg. C. Something like this should work. The diameter on those is only 10mm, so it will give you back some real estate :-) There are also 1000uF 35V caps that have the same diameter, but they are a bit harder to come by....

Chosen Solution Greetings! My team is tackling screen refurbishing and we noticed that there seem to be after market LCDs that do not appear to have a polarizer film between the outer glass and the LCD itself on iphone 6 units. Is this a common? I assume this outer layer of glass is or has a polerizer built in (because you can see the picture) unless the whole assembly is constructed differently....

Chosen Solution The washer fills, agitates, and spins. Then it thinks it is done and shuts off. The washer needs to be set to a manual rinse cycle after washing. It also seems to have issues with auto sense. Water level seems deeper than necessary, so that washing small loads is not water efficient. Chosen Solution I just replace the screen ony Moto e5 cruise and it’s not as bright as the old one was. Can I fix this or does it just have to do with the quality of screen i.got? @auz5280 the reason for that is most likely the quality of the display you purchased. You will always find that there is a wide variation of brightness etc. with replacement screens.

Chosen Solution So, I started to work on replacing my phones battery, and I got all of the screws out except for one, which decided to strip on me, I’ve already ordered the extractor set, and I’m wondering what kind of screw to replace it with, or if I can go without one screw. if all the other screws hold the component in place decently then you should be fine like i there were 4 screws and you extracted 3 , you would be “ok” unless is less than 3, then i suggest you try to find the screws

Chosen Solution There is a red tint on the black parts of my screen how to fix it This is a problem with OLED displays and has to do with the manufacturing process whether you get no tint red tint or green tint is basically the OLED lottery. However that said you may be able to compensate by going to Settings, Display, Eye Comfort Shield, and adjusting color temperature. And hope Samsung somehow addresses this in an update…
