Chosen Solution I disassembled my MacBook Pro to clean and re-apply thermal paste due to its over heating. After I reassembled it, I get a “Airport not installed” after booting up. I tried reinstalling the OS, SMC and PRAM reset and those didnt work. Did I not get a wire/cable connected properly? Does anyone know which connection on the logic board I need to reseat? I didnt touch the Airport card until I had this problem, I tried reseating it too....

Chosen Solution This cable rubbed the metal bracket and took a piece of the sheath off… I used a very small piece of electrical tape to cover… Can I buy this antenna interconnect cable? I don’t see it listed or anything that looks like it? Not a big deal.. but I have to go back in for some more repair work.. Thought I would replace if available.. Chosen Solution Hi. I cleaned the ink jets on my printer and took the scanner/auto feed off the top of the machine. The ribbon cable between the scanner and the rest of the machine came out. How do I get it back in? i couldn’t find your model no. in my work space but if you could provide me with some pics of the inner machine i can direct you....

Chosen Solution I ordered a 3600mAh Wii U gamepad replacement battery from iFixit, and there appears to be a discrepancy between the battery calibration instructions on the website and the instructions that actually come with the battery. And of course I assume these instructions would apply to ANY lithium ion battery, not just this particular one. The website says: “For optimal performance, calibrate your newly installed battery: Charge it to 100% and keep charging it for at least 2 more hours....

There is an iFixit guide on how to do this. iPhone XR Screen Replacement digitizer has broken, there relatively easy to replace and cheap enough, I will get worse over time.

Chosen Solution Whenever I turn the camera on (Rear Camera), the camera immediately starts making buzzing and clicking noises and can not focus on an object near or far. Images look wavy, like some sort of psychedelic? filter has been applied. The front-facing camera is operating fine. I’m guessing I will need to replace the rear-facing camera. Has anyone done this? Chosen Solution The water dispenser in my refrigerator only works after unplugging and replugging the water filter. When I do so, it’ll work for a while. After an hour or so, the dispenser stops working, then I’ll have to unplug and plug the filter to get it working again. There might be a switch that cuts off the water supply when the filter’s out. If that switch is misaligned or faulty, then it might be causing the fridge to think the filter’s out when it isn’t....

Chosen Solution I had a screen that would come on and then go blank. The process looked like a combination of the beginning of the movie the Matrix and a laser printer that needs repair. I replaced the whole screen assembly and now the screen will come on, but there is a grid-like pattern on it. Also, any of the apps that are behind the grid pattern cannot be accessed. I want to do it myself; not buy a new one, but stihl offers no repair/replace manual. @docherbe here is the Fuel System chapter Stihl_Ms_270C_Fuel-System.pdf from the SM. Stihl combines a lot of their models in one manual. The MS261 MS270 MS270C MS280 and MS280C are pretty identical with the exception of the parts etc....

Chosen Solution Hello, I have a dead LCD panel on my iMac. I think the LCD itself is okay (it suddenly died after an SSD upgrade), and I also think the internal (eDP) and Backlight connectors are ok. I suspect that maybe the circuit board on the back of the LCD panel is somehow broken. I was thinking that maybe if I found a similar LCD panel, I could just take the board from that and replace mine....

Chosen Solution Replaced battery. Now the phone is stuck in a random boot loop. Help! Try a new battery and also the old one to see if it does not loop anymore. If it continues plug the phone into iTunes and update 1st. If that don’t work then I would suggest a restore. Remember when you restore you will loose all your information. Thanks and Good Luck

Chosen Solution My Onda V891w failed to update Windows 10 and is now stuck in a restore loop. The screen is black except for ‘Restoring your previous version of Windows’ and does not recover even if left for hours. Chosen Solution i recently replaced the glass/digitizer on an ipad 4 wi-fi model. when putting it back together I noticed that the righthand side of the LCD was darker than the other 2/3. I cleaned the contacts and tried two other known good working LCD screens with the same result. I am not sure what the issue could be! I have not put the known good working LCDs back into other ipads to see if something happened to them but either way its just not right....

Chosen Solution My Sharp TV won’t turn on..have tried the reset sequences to try to get to the service screen to reset the Backlight error. I replaced the backlights and now I have two slow blinks and 5 fast blinks. What else could be the issue? Power supply? T-con board? Main board? @dolaugh so right now, your TV does not turn on. Chosen Solution Alright, not a perfect solution but way better than having to find the name of the connector and somehow replacing it. I cut extremely narrow strips of kapton tape, maybe 2mm wide at most, and layered two on top of the ribbon cable where it gets inserted into the connector. This made it thicker in this area, where the connector has been loosened from getting pulled open and somehow it works....
