Chosen Solution Hi, Does anyone know if the I/O board from a 2012 A1465 MBA can be swapped with one from a 2010 A1370 MBA? Will it supply correct voltages or do damage to the logic board? They look very similar and all the cables seem to reach. Except the 2010 has a Magsafe 1 and the 2012 has Magsafe 2. The issue is that the iSight camera is not detected in system profiler on the 2012, but if the same 2012 camera is plugged into the 2010 it is detected and works fine....

Chosen Solution I Bent my IPhone 6 a while back, and it stopped working immediately (as you would expect), and it was very hot, but I opened it up to find a melted battery. Chosen Solution A small Linear air compressor that fills my air bed quit working after a line blockage caused it to dead head for several minutes. Can this pump be repaired or is it a throw away? Chosen Solution I have a i7 7700k, Asus Z270E and 2 sticks of Corsair LPX 8GB DDR4 2400mhz. I cannot run them in any configuration other than slots B1,B2. This sounds like a slot issue. Try taking the sticks out and blowing out the slots, then verifying you have the correct configuration your motherboard manual says. Beyond that, resetting your UEFI may help. Hope that helps! Chosen Solution How do you remove the WiFi card/component from the laptop? Unfortunately, the wifi is soldered to the logic board. If your wifi isn’t working, then I think it’s a logic board or an antenna issue… Sorry :(

Chosen Solution Hi - ill be brief. Customers iphone 6S woke up next to it didnt turn on. I replaced battery and charge port several times and see not charge getting through. However when phone is off and plug in charger it will boot. Thinking board level issue ie tristar. Any other ideas ? Looks like Tristar. Chosen Solution charger port wont charge soul524 the charging port is soldered to the motherboard. you will have to disassemble your phone and replace the port. This video is almost identical to the way you will have to repair your phone. Replacement ports are available at places like this. soul524 around $10USD if you buy the ports from places like this. Use this video for your repair. From my experience the core prime has a slightly different micro USB port, there is a raised section in the port which requires a charge cable with the corresponding relief....

Recently due to issues i changed the phone keeping the same Sim Card. A Nokia RM-1172 model. Here when i inserted the Micro Sim in the “Macro” card slot…the phone shows “NO SIM CARD”. Chosen Solution I installed 16GB of RAM ( 2 x 8GB). They are 1600 MHZ and works fine on my macbook pro late 2011 edition. Apple says 8GB is the max, but in fact the system can work with 16 GB as well. Your computer takes the PC3-10600. I’ve never tried to put the PC3-12800 chips into a 2011 so I don’t know if the 12800s are backwards compatible. I think they are but I don’t know for sure....

Chosen Solution So my question is fairly simple, does anybody know of a high quality brand of adhesive to use when I repair the screen on my xperia? The screen is un-damaged however the adhesive layer that connects the screen to the chassis has started to fail. When I replace the screen I will also be replacing the back cover as I chipped the lower right hand corner when I dropped it at some point....
